Wednesday, May 4th, 2016
8:30 a.m. Depart MS 447 (Students responsible for bringing lunch on the bus)
1:30 p.m. Smithsonian Zoo (approximate time)
3:00 p.m. Newseum Museum
4:30 p.m. Depart for Camden Yards
6:30 p.m. Arrive Camden Yards for baseball game : Baltimore Orioles versus the New York Yankees (dinner with vouchers)
7:05 p.m. Game starts
10:30 p.m. Depart for The Sheraton Silver Spring Hotel, Silver Spring, MD
11:00 p.m. Approx. time of arrival at the hotel. Check in, distribute luggage, settle in rooms.
Thursday, May 5th, 2016
8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel
9:00 a.m. Depart for Washington, DC.
10:00 a.m National Archives to view the Declaration of Independence
12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Lunch at Union Station (Students receive $10 voucher)
1:00-5:00 p.m. Visit Holocaust Museum’s permanent exhibit OR view their special exhibitions, pending ticket availability; AND students will also visit Smithsonian museum of their preference (Choices: Air and Space, National Gallery, American History, and Natural History)
5:00 p.m. Memorials Korean, Lincoln, Vietnam, WWII (teacher led tours)
6:30 p.m. Dinner at Pentagon Mall (Students will receive $10 for dinner)
9:00 p.m. Depart for The Sheraton Silver Spring Hotel.
Friday, May 6th, 2016
8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hotel.
9:00 a.m. Check out of the hotel and head to White House for group photo
10:00 a.m. Group photo in front of White House
11:15 a.m. Visit MLK and FDR memorials
12:00 p.m. Depart for Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore Inner Harbor, MD.
1:30 p.m. Lunch at the Hard Rock Café Baltimore
2:30 p.m. Depart for New York. Expected arrival in Brooklyn around 6:30 p.m.
