NBA legend and global ambassador Dikembe Mutombo paid a visit to MS 447 to help kick-off Hour of Code, an international campaign to introduce computer science and coding to young people. Mutombo spoke to our enthusiastic students about the importance of education, hard work and big dreams, answered questions with grace and kindness, and worked with a group of students in our SONYC after school tech program.
