In the words of Splat the Cat, “too bad, so sad”! Our experience at Camp Bernie exceeded all expectations. Although the ‘trip’ is over, the lessons are not to be forgotten! The change in the kids from the first to the last in regards to what they personally accomplished as well as how they related and worked together in groups was amazing. Students rised to the occasion in meeting new challenges head-on, each gaining a better understanding of themselves and others.
