We’re excited to announce the book for our Schoolwide Summer Reading program this year! This summer, all MS 447 students and teachers will read Rolling Warrior, by Judith Heumann. This memoir tells the true story
of how Judith Heumann’s determination changed the laws of the United States and expanded accessibility for people with disabilities. Please note, there is also an “adult” version of this book, titled Being Heumann. but we will be reading the “Young Readers Edition.”
