Student schedules will be emailed to parents as well as a hard copy given to students to follow.  Participants will keep this schedule through end of January 2016.  IF a student request a change in schedule, they must complete a drop/ add form and follow the following criteria for a change to occur:

1. Attend activity they want to change from for 4 sessions ( 4 weeks).
2. Complete  Drop/ Add form at the end of the Month (starting 10 /26- 10/30)

– If there is not space in 1st choice, participant will be informed they will be placed in 2nd or 3rd choice.  Participant can decide to remain in scheduled activity until 1st choice activity has space OR change to the 2nd or 3rd choice activity which has space.
– Once decision is made, new schedule is finalized and  student/parent receives schedule and student begins new activity the beginning of the Month ( Nov 1, Dec 1 etc)
