Round 1 Response & Round 2 Application

Round 1 High School Letters

All high school acceptance letters are due back by Friday, March 21st.  Please remember to bubble in next to your child’s offer as well as sign the bottom. All families will be contacted if their child made more than one match and did not hand in their letter.

Round 2 of High School Admissions

All 8th grade students can participate in Round 2 of the high school admissions process, including students who received a match in Round 1. For students who are not satisfied with their Round 1 match and choose to participate in Round 2, please note:

  • If you do not receive a match in Round 2, you will keep your Round 1 match.
  • If you receive a match in Round 2, you will forfeit your Round 1 match; you will not be able to choose between the two offers. An appeal to your Round 1 match will not be considered.
  • In Round 2, students can apply to new high schools opening in September 2013, new programs opening in existing schools (that were not available in Round 1), and other programs with available seats. The Directory of New Schools and New Programs and the Round 2 Program List are available on the Department of Education’s website.  Students should come see me if they need a round 2 application.
  • Round 2 high school admissions applications and Round 1 responses are due by Friday, March 21, 2014.
